George Named Senior Strategist 07/15/2006 Marketing Strategies, Inc. has announced the promotion of Sarah George to Senior PR Strategist.  In her new role, she will oversee the firm’s Public Relations Division.   A native of Charleston, WV, George joined Marketing Strategies, Inc.  in 2004 as a marketing assistant.  A graduate of Marshall University’s School of Journalism in Huntington, West Virginia, George holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising.  While attending Marshall, she was active in several student organizations and served on the staff of The Parthenon, Marshall's student newspaper.    George maintains professional affiliations in the Public Relations Society of America, the South Carolina Chapter of PRSA, and is currently a candidate for Accreditation by the Public Relations Society of America, (APR).   “I’m delighted to announce Sarah’s promotion,” said Denise Blackburn, APR, Agency President.  “She does an excellent job and has a wonderful rapport with our clients.”
