Scott Noe Featured on photos.com 01/06/2007 Scott Noe, Design Strategist of Marketing Strategies, Inc. has been featured in the Designer Spotlight section of photos.com for his work on the Beach Ball Classic program cover. Marketing Strategies has been responsible for the layout and production of the annual Beach Ball Classic program for the last decade, and Scott has worked on three of those programs. When asked about this recognition, Scott said, "Awards are nice, of course, but being recognized by a company whose products I utilize every day brings a more fulfilling level of accomplishment.
